The Sales/Business Development Internship

This internship offers an opportunity for driven individuals to gain practical experience in sales and business development. As a Sales/BD Intern, you will be integral to expanding Hailaman's reach within the market, focusing on lead generation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research target companies across various sectors, including FinTech, SaaS, and eCommerce.
• Initiate contact with key decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and CEOs.
• Present Hailaman's value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients.
• Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Qualify potential leads to assess their suitability and interest.
• Maintain and update customer data accurately within the CRM system.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics and results.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled student or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possesses a proactive mindset with an eagerness to experiment and learn.
• A genuine interest in sales or business development.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools (*, Notion) and platforms like LinkedIn is considered a plus.
