Business Development & Sales Intern

At Retam Marketing, we are looking for interns who are passionate about developing their sales and business development skills, and working directly with the agency team on real projects.

During the internship, you will learn:

* Lead Generation.

* Communicating with clients and building relationships.

* Qualifying clients and understanding their needs.

* Preparing proposals and sales meetings.

* Following up with clients until deals are closed.

* Using CRM tools and organizing client data.

* Understanding marketing agency services and how to sell them.

Requirements:

* Passion for learning and development.

* Good communication skills.

* Commitment and discipline.

* Interest in sales or marketing is preferred (no experience required).
