About the Role

Sharaf DG is seeking a Sales Executive to join our retail team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for a dynamic and customer-focused individual responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering professional customer service, and contributing to overall store performance within our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
• Drive Average Transaction Value (ATV) and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Promote current offers, product bundles, and value-added products to customers.
• Maximize conversion rates and enhance customer engagement.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and professional assistance to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Store Operations and Compliance

• Maintain proper product displays according to company standards.
• Ensure price tags and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Support inventory control and stock count procedures.
• Adhere to all company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain professional grooming standards and conduct at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi retail and labor regulations.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in retail sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer focus and a proven ability to meet sales objectives in a retail environment.
