About the Role
Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for a range of activities aimed at business growth and client relationship management. Daily duties include:
- Generating new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
- Growing customer accounts through building relationships with existing clients and undertaking local travel to expand market share.
- Negotiating and contracting effectively to secure group and corporate bookings, including rate negotiation and contract preparation in line with pricing strategies.
- Developing local marketing initiatives to support business growth by utilizing creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other hotel departments to develop guest experiences and comprehensive sales programs.
- Providing visibility into sales efforts by maintaining detailed records of sales activity and delivering timely updates to Sales leadership.
- Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally to support conversion and ensure customer satisfaction.
