Tahaluf is Saudi Arabia's largest B2B live and on-demand events organizer, a joint venture between Informa PLC, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), and the Events Investment Fund (EIF). Known for significant events such as LEAP, Cityscape, Black Hat MEA, and CPHI Middle East, Tahaluf impacts the global events sector. This role is for a Sales Manager Cityscape West, a contingent position focused on achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets for Cityscape events within the real estate sector. This is a temporary freelance role with an 8-month duration, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Core Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue targets, manage campaigns, and oversee floor plan management within established timelines.
• Meet portfolio KPIs, including phone time, face-to-face meetings, and CRM system usage.
• Ensure exhibitor satisfaction through consistent follow-ups, onsite rebookings, and effective retention strategies.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales results, pipeline status, and activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, particularly within the real estate sector.
• Support business development efforts and identify new sales opportunities, utilizing innovative hunting techniques.
• Execute sales strategies for both established events and new launches.
• Assist with project timelines and deliverables for event launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Track the sales pipeline and work towards achieving targets, including organic sales growth.
• Represent Tahaluf at trade shows and industry events with professionalism.
• Support team members in their sales activities and contribute to team restructuring efforts.

Key Performance Indicators

• Achievement of revenue targets and pipeline pacing.
• Number of proposals submitted weekly and pipeline closure rates.
• Effectiveness in research and lead generation.
• Campaign planning and management results.
• Business development outcomes, including new client acquisition and retention.
• Exhibitor satisfaction levels and onsite rebooking rates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of proven B2B and/or events sales experience, preferably with GCC exposure.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and key account management principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Solid presentation skills and the ability to confidently pitch products and solutions.
• Familiarity with sales targets, pipeline management, and CRM systems such as Salesforce (training will be provided).
• Ability to travel internationally for events.

Work Arrangement
