Sales & Projects Engineer ( Saudi National )

About the Role

Global Sensing Company is seeking a Sales & Projects Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves a blend of business development, technical engineering, and project coordination, focusing on ELV, BMS, HVAC, and Liquid Leakage Detection Systems (LLDS).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and engage with MEP contractors and consultants to build a sales pipeline.
• Achieve established annual sales targets for the company's solutions.
• Conduct Bill of Quantity (BOQ) analysis and review specifications for ELV, BMS, HVAC, and Liquid Leakage Detection Systems (LLDS).
• Prepare technical submittals, proposals, and compliance statements for projects.
• Oversee on-site engineering activities and support the deployment of Data Center and commercial projects.
• Manage project documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), method statements, and project handovers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
