About the Role

Matar Holding Company is seeking a Sales Representative (Swimming Pool Construction) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving new business and achieving sales targets within the swimming pool construction and contracting industry.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to generate new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The Sales Representative will manage the sales process from identifying potential customers to negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the swimming pool construction market.
• Visit potential clients and present the company's products and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until contracts are awarded.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory previous experience of 2-5 years in swimming pool construction, pool contracting, or a related construction field.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and effectively close sales.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid driving license is required.
