This full-time role is crucial for leading the growth of strategic partnerships with real estate brokers, brokerage offices, and property developers to drive the adoption of Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) solutions. Core Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding partner accounts, increasing transaction volumes, optimizing conversion rates, and achieving commercial growth targets. Key duties include:

• Building and managing partnerships with real estate brokers and developers.
• Promoting RNPL solutions to accelerate leasing and increase partner revenue.
• Driving B2B2C sales, negotiating agreements, and onboarding new partners.
• Growing existing accounts through increased usage, expansion, and upselling.
• Training and enabling partners to maximize adoption and performance.
• Monitoring and improving application, approval, and contract conversion rates.
• Managing sales pipeline and partner relationships using CRM systems.
• Conducting regular partner meetings and achieving monthly sales and partnership targets.
• Tracking performance and providing regular reports against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in sales and partnership management within the real estate sector. Required qualifications include:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, partnership management, or account management within the real estate market.
• Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, FinTech, leasing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive partner growth.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate ecosystem, including brokers, developers, and leasing processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Key Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in sales techniques, relationship management, and data analysis. Essential skills include:

• Excellent telesales, negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience presenting solution-based products and managing the full sales cycle remotely.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to onboard, train, and activate partners to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and improving conversion metrics.
• Native or fluent Arabic and strong professional English.
