The Role of Sales Support Analyst

Almarai is seeking a Sales Support Analyst for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves managing, maintaining, supervising, and controlling all services, assets, and properties within designated regions or countries. The analyst will be responsible for facilities maintenance, repairs, fire safety, and compliance, while also coordinating depot canteens, office space, accommodation allocation, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, customer engagement, negotiation, and account acquisition.
• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
• Assess customer requirements and develop tailored proposals covering products, pricing, and sales volumes.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare accurate forecasts, and monitor performance against sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, volume, pricing, margins, and account growth, to drive commercial success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure effective customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide regular sales updates, highlighting pipeline status, business opportunities, potential risks, and recommended actions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage and oversee various operational and administrative functions related to facilities and services.
