eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Team Lead to join its Stores team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving sales performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience within the retail environment.

Purpose of the Role

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, leading a team, and maintaining high standards across various store functions. This role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets, fostering team development, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive section sales performance and achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance, engagement, and productivity.
• Ensure effective execution of visual merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, and replenishment to support business needs.
• Maintain high operational standards, including store presentation, compliance, and adherence to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns and implementing service improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe and secure working environment through compliance with safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns and collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a sales leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.
• Strong customer focus and motivation to achieve sales targets.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and during peak trading periods, to meet business demands and ensure continuous operational coverage.
