SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the Role

Harjai Technologies is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This full-time role involves providing functional and technical support across various SAP SuccessFactors modules and serving as the primary contact for all SuccessFactors-related matters. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support across SAP SuccessFactors modules, including EC, ECP, RCM/RMK, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Succession & CDP, Compensation, and WorkZone.
• Act as the central point of contact for all SuccessFactors inquiries and issues.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and lead solution validation workshops.
• Manage change requests and resolve high-priority issues.
• Support testing activities, user training, and documentation efforts.
• Oversee both onsite and offshore implementation teams.
• Support integration efforts with other SAP systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end implementation experience in EC, ECP, PMGM, SCDP, RCM, LMS, and Compensation modules.
• Possession of SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC, ECP, RCM, SCDP, LMS, and PMGM.
• Strong skills in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and functional design.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, integration, and deployment.
• Proficiency in MS Visio or a comparable process-mapping tool.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
• Experience within a professional services or distribution company is an advantage.
