About the Role

Harjai Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive functional and technical support across various SuccessFactors modules and acting as a central point of contact for all related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support across SAP SuccessFactors modules, including EC, ECP, RCM/RMK, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Succession & CDP, Compensation, and WorkZone.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SuccessFactors-related inquiries and issues.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and facilitate solution validation workshops.
• Manage change requests and address high-priority issues efficiently.
• Support testing activities, user training, and documentation efforts.
• Oversee both onsite and offshore implementation teams.
• Support integration initiatives with other SAP systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. A strong background in the listed SuccessFactors modules is essential for success in this role.
