SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant

About the Role

Yallo Talent is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring a professional with significant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM Payroll modules, focusing on implementation, configuration, and integration within a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end project implementations of SuccessFactors EC and S4 HANA Payroll.
• Manage BIB (Business Integration Builder) mapping and collaborate closely with EC and Payroll consultants.
• Perform field-level mapping between EC and SAP HCM.
• Contribute to configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SF BIB (Business Integration Builder) or EC (Employee Central) and SAP HCM Payroll module.
• At least two end-to-end project implementations in a hybrid model involving EC and S4 HANA.
• Mandatory previous consulting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.

Technical and Functional Skills

• Proficiency in configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement, and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical skills in ABAP and CPI integration.
• Comprehensive understanding of EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
• Hands-on experience with field-level mapping between EC and SAP HCM.

Communication and Collaboration

• Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to work effectively with EC and Payroll consultants.
