Role Overview

Müller's Solutions is seeking an SAP Testing Team Lead to join its dedicated team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the verification of solution design, changes, and organizational and system modifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining test approaches, strategies, and plans, and for overseeing quality assurance processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Testing related functions.
• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, Development, Architects, and Business Analysts to ensure quality is prioritized.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to gain buy-in for the proposed test approach.
• Review test plans and test cases, along with test scripts from QA and UAT resources.
• Review project documentation to determine the most cost-effective and quality-focused test approach.
• Produce detailed estimates, dependencies, assumptions, and test requirements.
• Clearly communicate the test approach in relevant test documentation and test management tools, ensuring all requirements are traceable.
• Ensure all test collateral meets high standards and conforms to best practices.

Test Strategy and Project Oversight

• Define, review, and implement the Test Strategy, Quality processes, and procedures.
• Enforce adherence to the program's Quality processes and procedures.
• Summarize QA metrics on defects and plan UAT testing.
• Deliver, track, and report on the project plan for the entire test event.
• Closely monitor and track risks/issues, working with the project team for resolution.
• Manage test resource allocation (ramp-up/ramp-down) and delegate effectively within the test team.
• Prepare and present post-project review documents.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of demonstrated experience and a proven track record in delivering test management services and solutions, utilizing industry-standard testing methodologies.

• Practical experience in delivering testing solutions and a strong capability to collaborate with other teams to fulfill business requirements.
• Ability to align testing methodologies and governance processes with the Project Management Office (PMO) and other IT functions.
• Prior experience in initiating and sustaining strategic relationships both internally and externally, employing strong influencing skills to achieve business objectives.
• Comprehension and practical experience with technology as a facilitator.
• Project Management certification is considered an asset.
• Experience in selecting, implementing, and managing testing tools is preferred.
