Squadio is seeking a part-time Saudi Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, focusing on identifying qualified candidates for diverse roles within a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Saudi Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive sourcing and identification of talent. This includes screening CVs and matching candidate profiles to specific client requirements across both technical and non-technical positions. A key aspect of this role involves prioritizing efforts for urgent hiring needs to ensure timely delivery and meet client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen CVs for talent across technical and non-technical positions, based on client-specific requests and requirements.
  • Prioritize sourcing efforts for urgent, time-sensitive positions to meet tight client hiring timelines.
  • Match candidate profiles accurately against client job requirements and specifications, regardless of role type or industry.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of sourced candidates for active and upcoming client needs across various functions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand client hiring needs and priorities, whether technical or business-focused.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals, to identify suitable candidates for diverse role types.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of qualified CVs in line with client timelines, especially for urgent roles.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally across both technical and non-technical fields.
  • Strong understanding of CV screening and candidate evaluation across varied industries and role levels.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to join immediately.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations between clients and candidates regarding salary discussions and offer terms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests simultaneously, including urgent priorities.
