Scrum Master / Project Manager, Arabic Speaker – Riyadh

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager who is an Arabic Speaker to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to enabling the effective functioning of software development teams within a global technology and management consultancy specializing in digital transformation for the financial services industry.

Role Purpose and Contribution

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will support teams in delivering high-quality outcomes by fostering collaboration, proactively removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement practices. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and guide teams through the entire delivery lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies to drive efficiency and success in complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage software delivery initiatives from their inception through to completion, ensuring strict alignment with defined scope and timelines.
  • Facilitate all essential Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support and enhance collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams, encompassing both front-end and back-end development functions.
  • Identify and actively remove delivery impediments while consistently promoting and embedding continuous improvement practices within the teams.
  • Communicate project progress, identified risks, and relevant updates to stakeholders using clear and pertinent metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager capacity, specifically within software development environments utilizing Agile methodologies. Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this position.
