The company is seeking a Section Manager General Insurance Facility to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the adequacy of insurance coverage and its alignment with the company’s actual risk exposure. This involves maintaining full compliance with policy terms and conditions, as well as recommendations from insurers and risk assessment firms, to prevent coverage gaps or claim denials resulting from non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The Section Manager General Insurance Facility will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

• Reviewing and monitoring the adequacy of insurance coverage against operational risks.
• Verifying compliance with policy terms and conditions.
• Following up on recommendations issued by insurers and risk assessment companies.
• Monitoring and updating the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Head Office.
• Preparing periodic reports, or reports upon identification of risks or insurance gaps.
• Reviewing the scope of coverage, limits, deductibles, and exclusions.
• Ensuring policies are aligned with the nature of operations, assets, and projects.
• Identifying any insurance gaps and submitting recommendations to address them.
• Compiling and documenting all policy conditions, warranties, and operational obligations in a structured register.
• Verifying implementation of obligations in coordination with relevant departments.
• Issuing alerts regarding any non-compliance that may affect the validity of claims.
• Reviewing and classifying recommendations based on risk severity.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to assess the feasibility of implementation.
• Proposing technical or operational alternatives that provide an equivalent level of protection, where necessary.
• Coordinating with the Head Office to obtain approval for alternatives and formally close recommendations with the insurer.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in general insurance facility management or a related field.
