The Role of Security Delivery Consultant

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Security Delivery Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves shaping and delivering security solutions for enterprise clients, from defining requirements through design, build, and testing. The consultant will provide subject matter expertise, drive team performance, and contribute to key decisions across multiple workstreams. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define security requirements and translate them into practical, well-architected security components and solutions.
  • Lead and support the design, build, and testing of security deliverables across client engagements.
  • Develop security strategies that align with client organizational goals and risk appetite.
  • Conduct assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend actionable remediation approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are embedded comprehensively across people, process, and technology.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training sessions to elevate team capability on security protocols and practices.
  • Contribute to key decisions across multiple teams, providing solutions to both immediate and broader delivery challenges.
  • Stay current with the latest security trends, technologies, and threat landscape developments to continuously sharpen delivery quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Expert proficiency in Security Operations Center (SOC) planning, including design, implementation, and operationalization.
  • Advanced experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
  • Proven ability to define security requirements and deliver solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to own decisions and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Clear communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at both technical and senior stakeholder levels.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

  • Experience delivering managed security services or SOC transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with SOAR platforms and security automation.
  • Exposure to cloud security delivery across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or equivalent.

Work Environment

This is a full-time consulting role based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering the opportunity to work with leading enterprises and contribute to significant security initiatives.
