The Opportunity

Majestic International Company is seeking an experienced and proactive Security & Safety Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience, focusing on overseeing and enhancing security and safety operations within our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily security and safety operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and all applicable safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety and security inspections, alongside comprehensive risk assessments.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, fire safety protocols, and incident response procedures.
• Investigate all incidents thoroughly and prepare detailed reports as required.
• Manage and guide security and safety personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
• Coordinate effectively with management, clients, contractors, and relevant authorities when necessary.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in security and safety supervision.
• Demonstrated proactive approach to security and safety management.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Riyadh.
