Role Summary

The Senior Application Engineer will primarily focus on the comprehensive management and efficient operation of OpenShift and GKE environments. This encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from providing essential support for application deployments to proactively troubleshooting platform-related issues, all with the ultimate goal of ensuring the continuous availability and optimal performance of our diverse application environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate OpenShift and GKE environments.
• Implement security updates and patches.
• Troubleshoot Ingress, Routes, and DNS issues.
• Implement and maintain GitOps practices.
• Manage ArgoCD and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain Helm Charts.
• Create and configure Namespaces and application environments.
• Support development teams at different levels.
• Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues.
• Participate in cloud transformation projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role are expected to have 5 to 10 years of professional experience relevant to application engineering and platform management.
