About the Role

Esnad Watan is seeking a Senior Architect Technical Office to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing essential technical and architectural support during the construction phase of projects, ensuring all works comply with approved designs and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and architectural support throughout the construction phase.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the Resident Engineer, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor the quality of architectural works on site.
• Support the resolution of technical issues to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Ensure project execution aligns with quality, schedule, and consultant requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
• Strong experience working on complex, high-end, and prestigious projects.
• Professional registration or certification as an Engineer/Architect in accordance with applicable Saudi requirements.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
• Proven experience in reviewing shop drawings, technical documents, and RFIs.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
• Good knowledge of Aconex for official correspondence and document management.
• Excellent professional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English, with strong reading and writing abilities.
