The Role of Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a strong design background and the ability to develop creative architectural concepts, translating them into high-quality, buildable designs. The role encompasses a range of projects, including residential villas, multi-story buildings, and commercial complexes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectural concepts from initial idea (Concept Design) through to detailed design stages.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings and technical documentation to professional standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and relevant regulations within Riyadh.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural and MEP engineers, to ensure fully integrated designs.
• Review and maintain the quality of all design outputs throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide practical design solutions that meet client requirements and optimize space utilization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proven experience in designing residential villas, multi-story residential buildings, and commercial developments.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local regulations in Riyadh.
• Ability to develop architectural concepts and manage projects from initial vision to final execution.
• Demonstrated strong design background and conceptualization skills.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in our offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively within a professional consulting engineering environment.
