About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate - SME Broker Management to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for the sale and promotion of insurance products and services through broker agents. The position involves cultivating strong relationships with brokers, managing sales processes, providing essential product knowledge, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with insurance brokers and intermediaries.
• Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of set targets.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and ongoing training to brokers.
• Contribute to market expansion and lead generation efforts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with brokers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Broker Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with insurance brokers, agents, and other intermediaries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, offering support, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Educate brokers thoroughly on the company’s products, features, and benefits to facilitate effective sales to clients.

Sales Growth and Market Expansion

• Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new broker partnerships while expanding existing relationships.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets through the effective promotion of insurance products and services via brokers.
• Assist brokers in closing sales by providing necessary resources, tools, and dedicated support.
• Collaborate with brokers to identify potential customers and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
• Generate and qualify leads for brokers to pursue and convert into sales.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of brokers in achieving sales goals.

Product Expertise and Training

• Provide ongoing training to brokers on product offerings, relevant industry trends, and effective sales techniques.
• Ensure brokers are equipped with accurate and current information regarding policies, pricing structures, and eligibility requirements.
• Offer guidance on sales strategies and best practices to optimize overall broker performance.

Operational Compliance and Client Support

• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and maintain up-to-date records within the CRM system.
• Monitor and report on broker performance and sales results, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards across all sales activities.
• Ensure all sales practices comply with legal requirements and company guidelines, maintaining integrity in all dealings.
• Collaborate with brokers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support the resolution of any issues or complaints from brokers or clients to maintain positive relationships.
