Senior BI Analyst

About the Role

Nice One is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making and enhance performance. The Senior BI Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics, while also improving reporting processes through automation and ensuring data accuracy.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide clear, actionable insights from data to support business decision-making and improve overall business performance. The Senior BI Analyst will ensure the accuracy and quality of information to meet the needs of various business functions and contribute to achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards, performance reports, and KPI scorecards that align with business requirements and support decision-making.
• Prepare recurring KPI reports, performance dashboards, and management reports on schedule to support performance monitoring and executive reporting.
• Present data through clear and effective visualizations to simplify the understanding of business trends and results for users across different functions.
• Develop automated solutions for recurring reports and workflows to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop reusable datasets and standardized reports, and support business users in accessing and utilizing approved information independently.
• Validate data, calculations, and KPI results before publishing reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and investigating, resolving, or escalating data quality issues as needed.
• Monitor dashboard performance, data refreshes, and report availability to help ensure the reliability and continuity of BI solutions.
• Respond to reporting requests, troubleshoot dashboard issues, and assist users across business functions in understanding and interpreting BI outputs.
• Maintain documentation of reports, KPI definitions, and calculation rules, ensuring compliance with approved reporting and data governance standards.
• Continuously improve reporting quality, data visualization, and automation processes while staying updated with developments in business intelligence tools and practices.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or a related field. The role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on supporting various business functions within Nice One to achieve company objectives through data-driven insights.
