Role Overview: Senior Business Analyst

Maximus KSA is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Technology team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and delivery teams. The primary objective is to shape and deliver enterprise technology solutions that drive business performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and business process analysis.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Mentor Business Analysts and promote best practices across the function.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating a strong track record in delivering enterprise technology and digital transformation projects. The role requires comfort in working with senior stakeholders, solving complex business challenges, and translating requirements into scalable, practical solutions.
