Senior Consultant Development

About the Role

Elm Company is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead frontend development initiatives for its Government Digital Products portfolio. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality user interfaces and digital experiences. The Senior Consultant will support growing demands across multiple products, ensuring sustainable frontend delivery capabilities and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and responsive frontend applications.
• Establish frontend development standards, frameworks, and best practices, ensuring technical consistency across solutions.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, designing reusable UI components aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead frontend delivery activities for new product features and enhancements, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support quality assurance practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure solutions meet usability, accessibility, security, and performance requirements.
• Monitor and optimize frontend application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver integrated digital solutions and resolve complex implementation challenges.
• Define and maintain frontend development standards, promote modern frameworks, and support capability development through knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in frontend development processes and evaluate new technologies.

• Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with information security practices and standards to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in frontend development and architecture.
