About the Role

FP is seeking a Senior Consultant, Digital Transformation, to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading client relationships and independently managing digital transformation projects, focusing on developing strategies and ensuring successful project execution.

Role Overview

As a Senior Digital Consultant, you will be at the forefront of shaping digital strategies for clients. This position involves leading client engagements, managing project execution with minimal supervision, and driving alignment with stakeholders through workshops and discussions. The role requires providing expertise on emerging digital solutions and their business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage project execution with minimal supervision.
• Develop and present digital transformation roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment with stakeholders.
• Provide expertise on emerging digital solutions and their potential business impact.
• Structure complex problems into actionable recommendations and guide teams in their execution.
• Identify areas for improvement within client organizations and propose innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide consultants and analysts in developing their consulting and digital expertise.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and drive measurable impact for clients.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to working within the local market and engaging directly with clients in the region.
