The Role of Senior Consultant, Environmental and Sustainability

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability professional to join its team as a Senior Consultant, Environmental and Sustainability. This full-time position is based in the Middle Oraija District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is designed to support the growth of the firm's Sustainability team, involving collaboration with high-profile clients from various sectors to develop and deliver a broad range of sustainability services.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with clients to develop, deliver, and assure Sustainability and Net Zero strategies across projects and programmes, and throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Support the identification and securing of business opportunities with both existing and new clients.
• Develop internal relationships across the infrastructure, real estate, and natural resources sectors, engaging with Project Managers and Commission Leads on project delivery.
• Ensure the integration of Sustainability principles into all aspects of project execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver work in alignment with client requirements and agreed proposal deliverables.
• Collaborate with Commission Leads and Sustainability Subject Matter Experts to formulate technical solutions that address client needs.
• Contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of projects to achieve performance targets and enhance technical capabilities.
• Provide input to client engagement activities and the development of bids for service provision, consistent with the firm's Sustainability and Net Zero capabilities.
• Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of Turner & Townsend’s Corporate Responsibility and Net Zero strategies.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates applying for this Senior Consultant position are required to possess over 10 years of experience in environmental sustainability. The role demands a professional capable of managing complex client engagements and contributing to the strategic growth of sustainability initiatives.
