About the Senior Creative Manager Role

DarGlobal is seeking a Senior Creative Manager to lead the creative vision across its portfolio of luxury real estate brands. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position requires a professional with exceptional visual taste, strong creative judgment, and a deep understanding of luxury branding. The role focuses on translating business objectives into world-class creative briefs and leading the creative process from concept to final approval, rather than managing campaigns or scheduling content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for all marketing materials across print, digital, social media, video, presentations, and events.
• Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs for designers, copywriters, videographers, and external agencies.
• Review and refine all creative output before it reaches senior management, ensuring it meets DarGlobal's luxury brand standards.
• Provide clear creative direction and feedback, taking ownership of the creative process rather than escalating every design for approval.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and ensure the highest standards of visual storytelling.
• Research global luxury trends in fashion, hospitality, automotive, architecture, and real estate to inspire innovative campaigns.
• Work closely with Business Development, Sales, PR, and Development teams to translate commercial objectives into compelling marketing assets.
• Curate mood boards, references, typography, photography, and overall creative direction for new launches.
• Oversee creative agencies, photoshoots, CGI, video production, and content creation to ensure premium execution.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates with a background from organizations such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Condé Nast, LVMH, Richemont, Aman, Four Seasons, Bulgari Hotels, luxury creative agencies, or premium real estate brands are highly preferred for this position.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
• 7+ years of experience in creative direction, luxury branding, editorial, or visual communications.
• Strong background in luxury fashion, premium lifestyle magazines, high-end hospitality, luxury automotive, architecture, or luxury real estate.
• Outstanding visual taste with a portfolio showcasing premium creative work.
• Deep understanding of typography, photography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and briefing designers, writers, and production agencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to make creative decisions independently while maintaining the highest brand standards.
