Imploy is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, enhance business performance, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities combined with technical expertise in data analysis and visualization tools.

Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging data to inform business strategies. This position requires a professional who can effectively analyze large datasets, develop robust reporting solutions, and communicate findings clearly to various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports on business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, and Technology, to define data requirements and support business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and quality across reporting processes.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data analysis processes, and decision-making practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Demonstrated expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal teams to achieve business objectives through data-driven insights.
