About the Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking a Senior Design Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. The role focuses on leading design initiatives from concept through to construction documentation within a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose

The Senior Design Architect is responsible for overseeing the architectural design process, ensuring quality and compliance across all project phases. This involves significant coordination with various stakeholders and a commitment to design excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design activities from initial concept development through to the final construction documentation phase.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, IFC packages, materials, and mock-ups to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide support for tenant fit-outs, develop leasing layouts, and conduct site inspections as required.
• Prepare comprehensive design presentations, technical reports, and all necessary project documentation.
• Drive design excellence, implement value engineering principles, and foster continuous improvement, including mentoring junior architects.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Architect.
• Possess an active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Strong expertise in design development processes.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive construction documentation.
• Demonstrated ability in multidisciplinary coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant building standards.
