Senior Director

About the Role

THA by Armonia is seeking a Senior Director to lead end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience. The role involves translating high-level client visions into comprehensive implementation plans for each event cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary planning team, allocating design, drafting, and F&B planning work, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve as the client's single point of accountability for team performance and output.
• Develop masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys personally.
• Conduct needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmark against comparable global events to optimize site solutions.
• Advise senior client leadership, integrating requirements from marketing, sponsorship, talent, media, and operations into a cohesive site plan.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Senior Director grade.
• At least two complete delivery cycles of comparable mega-events, multi-venue events, or mega sporting events.
• Demonstrated experience in personally producing venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
• Proven ability to integrate stakeholder requirements across marketing, sponsorships, influencers, and participants.

Work Arrangement and Benefits

This is a contract role with a duration of 14 to 17 months. Flight and accommodation will be provided. There is a possibility of working remotely for this position.
