About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager Professional Services to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading AWS consultants, partners, and client teams to manage and deliver AWS cloud products and services. The Engagement Manager will focus on enabling customers to achieve their business objectives through the full platform of AWS customer solutions, helping to remove constraints and accelerate their journey to AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently and contribute as part of larger teams.
• Own work streams from end-to-end, starting with understanding customer outcomes.
• Lead teams through project delivery, manage customer expectations, and proactively handle risks.
• Implement an effective governance structure to deliver solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with AWS team members, stakeholders, and customer counterparts.
• Drive customer satisfaction as a key objective.
• Embrace and apply Amazon Leadership Principles, engaging with other teams for learning and sharing.
• Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of future team members.

Professional Services Engagement

AWS Professional Services engages in a variety of projects, providing collective AWS customer experience and best practices. The team collaborates across the AWS organization to provide access to product, service, and training teams, delivering solutions and driving feature innovations for customers across all industries. Engagement Managers assist customers in making decisions to meet technical and business objectives by providing best practices and proactively identifying and resolving project gaps.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 5-10 years in a relevant field.
• Ability to lead teams through high-impact projects utilizing cloud infrastructure and platform technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver cloud products and services.

Work Environment and Travel

This is a customer-facing role that requires travel to client locations to deliver professional services as needed. The role involves working on-site in various business environments.
