Program Manager Professional Services

About the Role

Fortinet is seeking a Program Manager - Professional Services to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity projects, ensuring they are completed on time and in accordance with the negotiated Scope of Work. The Program Manager will lead a virtual team comprising customer contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Support to achieve technically sound, financially profitable, and supportable implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships to understand customer project needs and requirements.
• Manage relationships with customers and all project stakeholders.
• Develop, negotiate, and establish the Scope of Work, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and project schedules.
• Identify necessary resources and assign individual responsibilities, ensuring resource availability and allocation align with project plans.
• Coordinate activities closely with all customer-facing Fortinet functions, including sales, operations, order management, and support.
• Coordinate internal resources and outsourced project resources for flawless execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed, managing escalations internally and externally.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Apply Fortinet's methodology effectively and enforce project standards.
• Perform risk management to minimize Fortinet's exposure and risk on projects.
• Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor project receivables.
• Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• Assure project legal documents are completed and signed.
• Facilitate team and customer meetings effectively and communicate sensitive information tactfully.

Qualifications and Experience

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical understanding of security and networking projects.
• Experience working with global enterprises, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP), carriers, and governmental customers.
• Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

This role involves managing a virtual team and requires a structured approach to implementing IT security solutions. The position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time commitment.
