Senior Engagement Manager Professional Services

About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for Professional Services in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading AWS consultants, partners, and client teams to manage and deliver AWS cloud products and services. The position focuses on enabling customers to achieve their business objectives through the adoption of cloud computing, removing constraints, and accelerating their journey to AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently and contribute as part of larger teams.
• Own work streams from end-to-end, understanding customer outcomes, leading delivery teams, and managing customer expectations.
• Proactively handle risks and implement effective governance structures to deliver solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with AWS team members, stakeholders, and customer counterparts.
• Drive customer satisfaction as a key objective.
• Embrace and apply Amazon Leadership Principles, engaging with other teams for learning and knowledge sharing.
• Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Travel to client locations to deliver professional services as required.

Daily Activities

Professional Services at AWS engages in a variety of projects, providing collective AWS customer experience and best practices to ensure customer success. The team collaborates across the AWS organization to provide access to product, service, and training teams, delivering solutions and driving feature innovations for customers across all industries. Engagement Managers assist customers in making decisions to meet their technical and business objectives by offering best practices and proactively identifying and addressing project gaps.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in leading teams through high-impact projects utilizing cloud infrastructure and platform technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver cloud products and services.
