The Opportunity: Senior Financial Analyst

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to strengthening financial reporting and decision-making across the business. The analyst will be responsible for key financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing critical insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial performance, including Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variances.
  • Develop financial models and dashboards to support business insights and strategic planning.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue, costs, gross margin, and overall operational performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports for stakeholders.
  • Improve and automate financial reporting processes using advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
  • Ensure strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting processes and internal controls.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Skills and Attributes

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with Power BI is considered a strong advantage.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
