Role Overview

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. A key aspect of this role involves contributing to the training of next-generation AI systems, where your work will directly influence how models learn and perform through high-quality, real-world input. This position requires 5-10 years of professional experience in software development; prior experience in AI is not a prerequisite, as strong domain knowledge in full-stack engineering is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and provide mentorship to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend feature development, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages and frameworks including NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and maintain complex web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for technical collaboration and clear articulation of complex concepts.
