Senior HR Generalist

About the Role

Tas'Helat Marketing is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, learning and development, and personnel administration, to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower verification, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with approved manpower plans, recruitment policies, and workforce requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate training programs, certifications, and employee development initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and prepare Learning & Development (L&D) reports.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers, acting assignments, leave management, benefits administration, and separations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and employment-related documentation.
• Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and provide guidance to team members on HR operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of HR experience covering Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Personnel Administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
