Senior HR Specialist/Manager (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)

About the Role

Ant International is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Specialist/Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time hybrid role focuses primarily on end-to-end Talent Acquisition for fintech and technology talent, while also managing daily HR operations and employee experience initiatives. The specialist will contribute to organizational performance reviews and broader HR program development.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a dual focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting employee needs.

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, commercial, and operational positions. This includes proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, local job portals, direct headhunting, and referral networks. Ensure recruitment strategies align with Nitaqat regulations to meet Saudization targets and local hiring quotas. Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance. Partner with marketing and HR leadership to enhance employer branding at local tech hiring events and online platforms.
• HR Business Partner and Operation Support: Lead onboarding experiences for new joiners and manage exit protocols. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding internal HR policies, leaves, benefits, and general employment matters. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure strict compliance with Saudi Labor Law. Coordinate with the PRO/Government Relations team for GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and visa processing requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in HR, with specific expertise in talent acquisition and Saudi labor regulations.

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant HR role.

• Hands-on experience in tech recruitment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in learning about fintech HR infrastructure.
