The Opportunity

This is a part-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on a large new build airport project. This development aims to establish a global benchmark for aviation experience and attract 120 million passengers by 2030.

Role Summary

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Interface Manager to coordinate complex terminal interfaces for a major airport development. This role involves collaboration across design, construction, and project controls to manage package dependencies, systems integration, contractor coordination, and stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and fostering a positive safety culture, wellbeing, and inclusion.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, maintaining quality systems and supporting senior leaders in achieving programme milestones.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and ethical governance to contribute to long-term business sustainability.
• Manage collaborative project teams, drive performance, stakeholder engagement, and best practice innovation across all project phases.
• Manage terminal interface management across multidisciplinary delivery packages.
• Coordinate dependencies related to architecture, structure, MEP, specialist systems, and infrastructure.
• Maintain interface registers, programme milestones, actions, and contractor performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, resolve conflicts, and escalate critical risks affecting cost, quality, schedule, or operational readiness.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant degree qualification.
• Experience in aviation and terminal delivery projects.
• Expertise in multidisciplinary interface management.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills; Middle East experience is preferred.
