Role Overview: Senior Interface Manager

Mace Group is seeking a Senior Interface Manager for a part-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves working on a large new build airport program, which aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 and set a global benchmark for aviation experience. The Senior Interface Manager will be responsible for managing utilities and infrastructure interfaces across this major program, coordinating multidisciplinary packages, resolving constraints, and ensuring key dependencies and delivery dates are integrated into planning and project controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and a positive safety culture.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, maintaining quality systems and supporting senior leaders to achieve program milestones.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and ethical governance, contributing to long-term business sustainability.
• Manage collaborative project teams, drive performance, stakeholder engagement, and best practice innovation across all project phases.
• Manage utilities and infrastructure interface management throughout the airport program.
• Coordinate scope boundaries, dependencies, and requirements across various packages and stakeholders.
• Maintain interface registers, integrating constraints and key dates within program schedules.
• Drive technical resolution, escalate critical risks, and provide clear reporting on delivery impacts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant engineering degree.
• Experience in aviation and airport projects.
• Expertise in utilities and infrastructure.
• Strong interface coordination skills; Middle East experience is preferred.
