About the Role at Futu Holdings

Futu Holdings is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as the primary IT liaison between the China headquarters and overseas subsidiaries. The specialist will be responsible for end-to-end IT infrastructure deployment, system operations, and asset management for office and retail sites, ensuring the local implementation of global corporate IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement corporate IT standards, policies, and security requirements, aligning local infrastructure with global IT architecture.
• Drive IT initiatives, provide regular reporting, and ensure remediation closure.
• Independently deliver IT infrastructure projects for offices and retail stores, covering site survey, cabling planning, hardware deployment, and system commissioning for full-cycle site rollout.
• Establish a standardized PC endpoint framework, managing bulk deployment, ongoing support, and troubleshooting of business applications.
• Develop technical documentation and operational SOPs to continuously standardize local IT workflows.

IT Systems and Network Administration

• Maintain AV conferencing systems, access control, CCTV, IP telephony, and multi-function printers.
• Administer DNS and DHCP network services, and independently resolve a wide range of network incidents.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including requirement gathering, procurement, inventory record, maintenance, periodic audit, and asset retirement.
• Administer core enterprise systems such as AD, PBX, email platform, Citrix virtualization, and Synology NAS.
• Provide on-site support alongside HQ security and network teams.
• Liaise with local regulators, external auditors, and third-party vendors, overseeing service delivery quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to prioritize workload autonomously, proactively identify IT risks and operational issues, and drive resolutions with full ownership of outcomes.
• Solid project coordination skills to break down tasks, track progress, and anticipate risks.
• Capable of providing regular updates to HQ and escalating resource constraints or technical roadblocks in a timely manner to ensure issue closure.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS, with the capability to resolve common network issues independently.
• Ability to develop IT implementation plans with strong hands-on skills to execute hardware installation and system deployment following corporate standards.

Technical Expertise

• Sound knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, and macOS, including application deployment and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in endpoint standardization.
• Practical experience in Windows Server, AD, email systems, PBX, virtualization, and NAS administration.

Experience and Professional Attributes

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant IT experience is required for this position. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a transparent communication style, essential for ensuring consistency between the local IT environment and the global architecture of Futu Holdings.
