The Role

The IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the continuous availability and optimal performance of critical IT services. This position involves a blend of proactive monitoring, technical support, and system administration tasks to uphold the integrity and efficiency of the enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and enterprise systems.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support, addressing and troubleshooting incidents promptly.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions across various systems.
• Perform essential backup and recovery activities to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, ensuring their smooth operation and user access.
• Ensure high system availability and reliability through proactive measures and rapid response to issues.

Required Experience

Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar technical support role. A proven track record in managing and maintaining complex IT environments is essential for this position.
