Senior Manager / Associate Director Forensic Investigations (Saudi National)

About the Role

Protiviti Middle East Member Firm is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director, Forensic Investigations (Saudi National) to lead complex forensic and financial crime investigations. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing engagements from inception to completion, while also building and developing a bilingual investigative team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading significant investigations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. This involves front-end client relationship management with boards, audit committees, and regulators, alongside directing the full lifecycle of investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations from scoping through to findings, remediation recommendations, and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, boards, audit committees, and regulatory bodies; present findings and defend methodologies.
• Direct the full investigation lifecycle, including planning, evidence preservation, data collection, ESI review, analysis, interviews, documentation, and closure.
• Oversee data analytics, e-discovery, and document review workstreams, establishing review protocols and quality standards.
• Manage, develop, and grow a bilingual investigations team; allocate resources across concurrent engagements.
• Manage engagement economics, risk, and delivery quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in forensic investigations.
• Prior working exposure to engagements with regulatory bodies such as CMA, SAMA, or Nazaha is preferred.
• Ability to manage and develop a team.
