About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager BIM Urban Core to lead the Digital Delivery and BIM strategy across its Urban Core portfolio. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires over 10 years of experience. The role involves ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Engineering, Common Data Environment (CDE) processes, and information management standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Context and Scope

The Senior Manager BIM Urban Core will be responsible for establishing and governing BIM requirements across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments. This includes public realm, public spaces, retail, hospitality, F&B, commercial office, civic assets, mobility infrastructure, and supporting utilities. Acting as the client-side digital delivery lead, this role ensures compliance from consultants, contractors, and delivery partners with project BIM standards, information management protocols, and digital delivery objectives. The position also supports data-driven asset development and operational readiness strategies.
