Senior Manager Brand

About the Role

Team Saudi is seeking a Senior Manager Brand to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the development and execution of brand strategies and initiatives for SOPC and Team Saudi. The Senior Manager will lead market research, implement marketing campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints to enhance visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage market research to identify target audience demographics and preferences, aligning insights with SOPC’s brand strategy and informing strategic positioning decisions.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns to elevate awareness of Team Saudi, ensuring alignment with SOPC’s objectives and enhancing brand perception among target segments, including educational institutions and the broader public.
• Support the Senior Director in maintaining governance over brand activities, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across internal and external communications.
• Monitor brand reputation, identify potential risks to SOPC’s brand, and collaborate with relevant teams to mitigate issues and protect SOPC’s image.
• Coordinate with the Media Center to develop engaging content, including media posts, photos, videos, and infographics, ensuring visuals and messaging reflect Team Saudi's identity and align with SOPC’s brand standards.
• Track and analyze media engagement metrics to assess communication effectiveness, review performance against targets, and make data-informed adjustments.
• Manage overall operations with agency teams, developing campaign and project briefs, and ensuring strategic alignment of agency efforts with Team Saudi's Brand Communication objectives.
• Develop and implement fan engagement strategies to build loyalty and deepen connections with Team Saudi, customizing fan products to align with audience preferences.
• Continuously assess brand perception, performance, and audience engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to the Senior Director to improve the overall impact of SOPC’s brand initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of unique athlete brands that reflect individual strengths and narratives, supporting Team Saudi’s larger brand identity.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Loyalty teams to ensure integrated brand messaging, leverage synergies, and maximize impact across shared initiatives, while maintaining SOPC’s overall branding standards.
• Provide regular updates and strategic insights on brand performance, including detailed reports and recommendations to executive leadership that inform SOPC’s long-term brand strategy.
• Support the development and tracking of brand-related KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and effective measurement of success.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in brand management or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead market research and implement cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Experience in ensuring brand consistency across various touchpoints.
• Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners to elevate brand impact.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The position involves close coordination with various internal teams and external partners to achieve brand objectives.
