About the Role

Aspire Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for a full-time position in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This role is responsible for driving the execution of brand strategies for key CHC brands, ensuring strong market performance and consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Senior Brand Manager translates brand strategy into execution, aiming to deliver growth in Total Market Share (TMS) and Internal Market Share (IMS). The role builds brand equity through engagement with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, customers, and consumers. This position contributes to company objectives by accelerating brand growth, ensuring execution excellence, and supporting portfolio expansion in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of assigned brands.
• Execute brand plans in alignment with overall strategy and business objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and materials.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across HCP, pharmacy, digital, and retail channels.
• Support and deliver key activations such as congresses, HCP events, and consumer campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Monitor brand performance (TMS, IMS, Net Sales, GP, EBITDA) and identify growth opportunities.
• Track campaign effectiveness and optimize based on insights.
• Support forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Product and Portfolio Development

• Support new product launches from planning to execution.
• Contribute to portfolio expansion and lifecycle management.
• Ensure readiness across all functions for successful launch execution.

Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure aligned execution.
• Support the field force with tools, materials, and training to drive performance.
