About the Role

CEER is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial PMO to establish and lead the Commercial Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to driving execution excellence, strategic alignment, governance, and performance management across the Commercial function. The Senior Manager will ensure effective planning, prioritization, monitoring, and delivery of commercial initiatives, providing leadership with actionable insights on project progress, risks, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic commercial initiatives to ensure successful delivery of objectives, milestones, and outcomes that support the organization's go-to-market strategy and business priorities.
• Work closely with the Strategy & Planning team to support the translation of corporate objectives into executable commercial programs.
• Coordinate and drive the successful execution of the organization's go-to-market strategy, ensuring cross-functional alignment and delivery of strategic business priorities.

Strategic Execution and Governance

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, performance management processes, and execution disciplines for effective tracking, accountability, risk management, and decision-making across commercial initiatives.
• Manage and oversee the Commercial strategic portfolio, evaluating and recommending initiative prioritization based on strategic objectives, business value, organizational readiness, and execution capacity.
• Monitor and assess the execution of the Commercial strategic roadmap, tracking key milestones, interdependencies, and benefits realization, and providing recommendations to improve delivery performance.
• Drive the continuous enhancement of strategy execution and PMO capabilities through the implementation of best practices, performance metrics, governance processes, and standardized methodologies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and performance management, ensuring strategic commitments are translated into measurable actions.

Performance Management and Insights

• Provide strategic execution insights and recommendations to the Commercial and Strategy & Planning Divisions to support the translation of commercial strategy into actionable programs.
• Provide leadership with actionable insights, performance dashboards, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations regarding initiative progress, risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and business impact.
• Generate data-driven insights and performance analyses for the Commercial and Strategy & Planning Divisions, identifying emerging risks, opportunities, trends, and areas requiring leadership intervention.
• Provide cross-functional visibility and coordination across commercial departments, ensuring alignment of initiatives and timely resolution of execution challenges.
• Support and monitor the execution of the organization's go-to-market strategy, providing leadership with regular assessments of progress, readiness, dependencies, and achievement of targeted business outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to CEER's strategic commercial objectives.
