About the Senior Manager - Content Role

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Manager - Content to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on leading social media strategy and execution for clients within a Social Media, Digital, and Creative scope. The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement effective social media campaigns that align with client business objectives and drive engagement and growth across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies and campaigns aligned with client business objectives.
  • Manage and monitor all social media channels, tracking performance metrics, and reporting analytics and insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure social media content creation aligns with the brand's overall strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize social media tools effectively to monitor, track, and analyze metrics related to online engagement, traffic, and brand awareness.
  • Apply a strong understanding of numbers and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize social media campaigns.
  • Possess knowledge of media and promotion strategies to drive effective and data-driven content distribution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal team members to ensure content is on-brand and aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Ensure efficient project management of social media campaigns, including timely and accurate performance reporting.
  • Develop unique and innovative social media campaign ideas through creative ideation.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, applying them to enhance strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field and demonstrate a comprehensive skill set, including:

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using social media tools for monitoring, tracking, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical reasoning skills for data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of media and promotion strategies for content distribution.
  • Understanding of client business goals and how social media contributes to their achievement.
  • Proven ability in creative ideation for engaging social media campaigns.
