We are seeking a Manager - Content Delivery to join our team in Riyadh for a full-time position.
The Role of Manager - Content Delivery
The Manager - Content Delivery will be responsible for the creation, management, and execution of social media content strategies for clients. This role operates within a digital, social media, and creative scope, requiring daily client coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and the continuously evolving AI landscape and its tools, particularly as they apply to marketing, communication, and the creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media content strategies and campaigns for clients.
- Collaborate with creative teams and other departments to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging content formats.
- Monitor industry social media activity.
- Proactively suggest ways to integrate AI into social and content strategy, from ideation to production and performance optimization.
- Drive innovation in content development and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce engaging, platform-specific, and on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, etc.), with a focus on emerging platforms.
- Plan and execute campaign-specific social content for product/service launches and events.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Suggest and align with influencers or content creators for collaborations when relevant.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in an agency setting.
Essential Skills
- Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools, such as Sprinkler.
Work Location
This full-time position is based in Riyadh.
